The CFW Career Transition Program is a self-guided course designed to see you through every stage of your career journey and job search–from self-reflection and self-branding to what it takes to identify and secure your ideal next job and bring your career direction into focus. We use an action-oriented approach to facilitate your thought process, supported by tools and templates to guide you going forward.

Our Career Pathing Program is led by CFW Co-Owners, Rachel Fagnant-Fassler and Cynnie King, whose diverse professional and educational backgrounds converged over a decade ago in the recruiting and coaching field at CFW Careers.
