The CFW Career Transition Program is a self-guided course designed to see you through every stage of your career journey and job search–from self-reflection and self-branding to what it takes to identify and secure your ideal next job and bring your career direction into focus. We use an action-oriented approach to facilitate your thought process, supported by tools and templates to guide you going forward.
The course includes three phases of the career transition process:
Ready: We start with an exploration of your strengths and interests, a 360 review from those who’ve worked alongside you, and a guided exercise to identify potential career paths.
Set: This section includes a Career Narrative workshop followed by a step-by-step guide to developing a strong and effective Resume and LinkedIn profile, as well as tips around building your online brand presence.
Go: Key take-aways in this section include a comprehensive guide to job search strategy, a deep-dive into interview preparation, and an expert’s approach to navigating the offer stage.
This program is designed to work as a whole as well as in parts. You may find you’re ready for self-reflection, but not quite ready to launch your search. Or you may know exactly where you’re going and want to jump right into polishing your resume. You can purchase each section individually or the entire program at once.
This is the first section of the program: "Ready."
We created the CFW Career Transition Program so that you can take control of your career journey. With 50 years of experience in the recruiting and career coaching space, we have many best practices to share. We designed this course to equip you with all the information and skills you need to make your next career move (and the ones after that!) with greater confidence, ease and intention.
Our Career Pathing Program is led by CFW Co-Owners, Rachel Fagnant-Fassler and Cynnie King, whose diverse professional and educational backgrounds converged over a decade ago in the recruiting and coaching field at CFW Careers.
Our coaching and curriculum approaches are rooted in the belief that everyone has several paths they could take, each resulting in career satisfaction, and that belief in possibility and flexibility guides our work with individuals and companies.
